Return & Refund Policy

At Althemes, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our Return & Refund Policy explains how you can return items and request refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The item must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Note: Certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, may not be eligible for returns. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.


2. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@althemes.org with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories.

  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it for compliance with our return policy.

  • Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or defective products.

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.

  • We will do our best to ensure the requested replacement is available.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@althemes.org with photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items (unless defective)

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Gift cards
